By accessing or using KJPro.info, you ("User," "you," or "your", "account holder", "member") agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree with these Terms, you must not use the Website. These Terms govern your use of the Website and any related services provided by OIS Technologies.

By accessing or using KJPro.info, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old or have the consent of a parent or legal guardian, and you agree to comply with these Terms. KJPro.info is a platform designed for karaoke jockeys (KJs) and disc jockeys (DJs) to create and manage thier own events. Users may:

• Create events with descriptions, dates, times and other event or karaoke host data as deemed relevent by OIS Technologies.
• Upload images related to events and Karaoke Hosts.
• Promote and share event and Karaoke Host details.

The Website is intended solely for these purposes, and any use outside of this scope is prohibited. Access to the Website’s core features for KJs and DJs, including event creation and management, requires a paid subscription, as outlined in Section 3.

3. Paid Subscription for KJs and DJs

3.1 Subscription Requirement

To access event creation, management, and promotion features, KJs and DJs must purchase a paid subscription plan. Subscription details, including pricing and features, are available at https://kjpro.info/subscription-pricing. We reserve the right to modify subscription plans and pricing at any time, with notice provided to subscribers via email or the Website.

3.2 Payment Terms

• Billing: Subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis (e.g., annually) as specified at the time of purchase. By providing payment information, you authorize us or our third-party payment processor to charge the applicable fees to your chosen payment method.
• Refunds: Subscription fees are non-refundable, except as required by applicable law or as specified in our refund policy, available at https://kjpro.info/refunds.
• Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting us at support@kjpro.info. Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle, and you will retain access to paid features until that time.
• Payment Disputes: If you believe a billing error has occurred, please contact us within 30 days of the charge at support@kjpro.info. We will investigate and resolve disputes promptly.

3.3 Free Access

Non-KJ/DJ users (e.g., event attendees) may access limited features of the Website, such as viewing public event details, without a paid subscription, subject to these Terms.

4. User Accounts

To access certain features of the Website, including paid features for KJs and DJs, you must sign up for a paid subscribe to create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration, including valid payment information for paid subscriptions.
• Maintain the security of your account credentials and not share them with others.
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
• Be responsible for all activities conducted under your account.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if we suspect fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity, or if you fail to make timely subscription payments.

5. User Content

5.1 Event Content

KJs and DJs with active subscriptions may create event listings, including descriptions, dates, times, and images for thier own events. You represent and warrant that:

• All content you submit is accurate and not misleading.
• You have the necessary rights to upload and use all content, including images.
• You are not using to KJPro.info to list events for multiple other KJs or DJs
• Your content complies with these Terms and all applicable laws.

5.2 Prohibited Content

You may not upload or post content that:

• Infringes on any third-party intellectual property rights, including copyrights, trademarks, or patents.
• Is obscene, defamatory, offensive, harassing, or otherwise inappropriate, as determined by OIS Technologies in its sole discretion.
• Contains viruses, malware, or other harmful code.
• Violates any applicable laws or regulations.

5.3 Intellectual Property

By uploading content to KJPro.info, you grant OIS Technologies a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, display, and distribute your content solely for the purpose of operating and promoting the Website. You retain ownership of your content, subject to the licenses granted herein.

6. Prohibited Uses

You agree to use KJPro.info only for its intended purpose of creating and managing your own KJ and DJ events. Prohibited uses include, but are not limited to:

• Using the Website for commercial purposes unrelated to event creation and promotion (e.g., advertising unrelated products or services).
• Engaging in spamming, phishing, or other fraudulent activities.
• Attempting to interfere with the Website’s functionality, including through hacking, denial-of-service attacks, or other malicious actions.
• Using automated tools (e.g., bots, scrapers) to access or collect data from the Website without our express permission.
• Using the website to post events for multiple or other KJs or DJs except for the exceptions provided in section 6.1 below.

6.1 Exception to Event Posting Restrictions

While KJPro.info prohibits KJs and DJs from posting events on behalf of other KJs and DJs, ocasional exceptions are permitted under the following circumstances: KJs or DJs may post events for other KJs and DJs when they are substituting for or co-hosting a regular occuring event organized by the member KJ or DJ. The event must be a regularly scheduled event hosted by the member KJ or DJ, and the posting must clearly indicate that the guest KJ or DJ is either substituting or co-hosting for that specific event.

7. Intellectual Property Rights

The KJPro.info Website, including its design, code, logos, and other proprietary materials, is owned by OIS Technologies or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works of the Website or its content without our prior approval AND written consent.

8. User Conduct

You agree to:

• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations.
• Respect the rights of other users and third parties.
• Not impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity.
• Not engage in any activity that could harm the reputation or operations of KJPro.info or OIS Technologies.

9. Copyright Policy

We respect the intellectual property rights of others and expect our users to do the same. If you believe that content on KJPro.info infringes your copyright, please send a notice to our designated Copyright Agent at:

We do not guarantee that KJPro.info will be available at all times. The Website may be taken offline periodically for scheduled maintenance or due to unforeseen technical issues. While we will make every effort to minimize disruptions and keep downtime to a minimum, we are not liable for any inconvenience, loss, or damages caused by temporary unavailability of the Website.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless OIS Technologies, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, arising from:

• Your violation of these Terms.
• Your content or its infringement of any third-party rights.
• Your violation of any applicable laws or regulations.

15. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Maryland, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of KJPro.info will be resolved through binding arbitration in Severn, Maryland, in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association. You waive any right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration.
